Nurettin Rençber, one of the renowned names in Turkish folk music, will be performing at two venues in Istanbul: Sancaktepe Sahnesi and Kadıköy Eğitim Sahnesi. Known for his deeply moving voice, Rençber captivates audiences with melodies that resonate with both the heart and ears. His musical journey began in childhood, leading him to compose songs and write lyrics and poetry.
Rençber’s career took off in 1985 when he held his first concert, showcasing his passion for music alongside his role as a philosophy teacher. He released his debut album, “Dağ Türküleri,” in 1991 and continued to teach until the year 2000. Over the years, he has produced eight albums, with a significant portion of the songs being both written and composed by him. His latest album, “Lal Resimler,” features 12 new pieces, all of which are original works.
