Little Yogis / Yoga Workshop

The Little Yogis / Yoga Workshop offers a delightful and calming experience for children aged 7 to 11, led by a Children’s Yoga Instructor. Participants will engage in yoga poses (asanas) accompanied by fun stories and games, learning proper breathing techniques and body awareness in an enjoyable manner.

The workshop includes guided meditations and relaxation exercises aimed at calming the mind. Children will work in groups under the instructor’s guidance, ensuring a safe and age-appropriate flow. This session promises a joyful and awareness-filled yoga experience.

Note that identity checks will be conducted before the event. Only children who are 7 years old or older and younger than 11 will be admitted. Guests who do not meet the age requirement will not be allowed to enter the event. Tickets can be canceled or refunded up to 48 hours before the event time.
