Discovering My Voice and Music Talent: Ages 7-12

The „Discovering My Voice and Music Talent“ workshop is designed for children aged 7 to 12, providing them with an opportunity to learn proper singing techniques while exploring their vocal abilities. Participants will engage in activities that enhance their rhythm, perception, breath control, excitement management, and focus. Additionally, they will be introduced to effective speaking techniques through diction training.

During the workshop, children will discover that singing is a form of musical speech and will learn the importance of speaking from the right place. The content includes:

• Learning how to train all necessary muscle systems for singing and speaking correctly.
• Understanding breathing techniques and maintaining good posture.
• Getting to know their unique vocal color and improving their singing ability.
• Recognizing musical phrases.
• Learning when to breathe while singing.
• Enhancing rhythm and musical ear.
• Managing excitement and improving focus.
• Building awareness and confidence through diction and effective speaking fundamentals.
• Experiencing their first choir practice by singing together in group activities.
