Festival of Istanbul 2026

Festival of Istanbul 2026 returns to Festival Park Yenikapı from 1–16 August 2026, bringing a large-scale programme of international and Turkish artists, live performances, food, sports and entertainment to Istanbul. Now in its fifth edition, the festival combines major concerts with a wide range of activities designed to create a full-day summer experience.

Music is at the heart of theFestival of Istanbul 2026, with performances by some of the biggest names from Türkiye and around the world across the festival period. Alongside the concert programme, visitors can explore food experiences, brand activations, esports tournaments, 3×3 basketball, a youth stage and dedicated areas for children.

For travelers, the Festival of Istanbul 2026 offers an easy way to experience Istanbul’s contemporary entertainment scene alongside the city’s historic attractions. Festival Park Yenikapı is located in Fatih on the European side, close to the historic peninsula and the Sea of Marmara. A festival visit can therefore be combined with exploring nearby sights such as the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapı Palace.

Because the programme changes throughout the festival period, visitors can choose individual concert dates or plan a longer visit around the wider festival experience.
